Introduction

Welcome to Ramonka! The Ramonka app ("Ramonka - Meet & Date" on Google Play) is operated by Vibes LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your information.

Data Collection

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal data: name, date of birth, gender, height, which you provide during registration.
  • Geolocation data.
  • Photos.
  • Likes, online status.

Data Usage

Your data is used for:

  • Finding users for dating and communication.
  • Displaying your profile to other users.
  • Contacting you.

Data Encryption

All personal data is protected using modern encryption methods to ensure its security.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Ramonka account and data at any time. This applies to the Ramonka app, listed on Google Play as "Ramonka - Meet & Date" by LLC VIBES and operated by Vibes LLC.

Option 1: in the app

  1. Open Ramonka and tap the profile icon in the bottom menu.
  2. Tap your profile photo to open profile editing.
  3. On the "Editing" tab, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: without the app

If you no longer have the app, you don't need to reinstall it. Send an email to support@moonx.app with the subject "Delete my Ramonka account" and include your profile name, age and city so we can find your profile (a screenshot of your profile helps too). We will process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, date of birth, gender, height, languages and other profile details.
  • Your photos.
  • Your location.
  • Your login (account identifier).

What is kept

Chats and messages you exchanged with other users, as well as likes and matches, are kept until you request their deletion. To delete them, email support@moonx.app and we will delete them within 30 days. A deletion request sent by email (Option 2) covers all of this data.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

Your profile data is visible to other users of the app. Apart from this, we do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

Children's privacy

Our services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children not to use Ramonka and thus not to provide Personal Data on Ramonka. If you have reason to believe that a minor has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to delete that data from our databases.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. All changes will be published on this page with the date of their implementation.
