Terms of Use Ramonka

Definitions

  • "App," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Ramonka mobile application ("Ramonka - Meet & Date" on Google Play), operated by Vibes LLC.
  • "User" refers to all visitors, users, and other persons who access the Service.
  • "You" refers to you, the user of the Service.
  • "Content" refers to any text, writings, photos, graphics, images, comments, chat messages, personal information that allows for individual identification, and other content or materials that are posted, created, provided, or otherwise made available through the Service. Content includes, but is not limited to, User Content.
  • "User Content" refers to any Content provided by account holders (including you) for posting through the Service.
  • "App Content" refers to content owned by or licensed to the App.
  • "App Parties" refer to the App, the company, along with its employees, officers, directors, attorneys, and agents.
  • "Service" refers to the App's service or any applications (including mobile apps) provided by the company.
  • "Terms" refer to these Terms of Use, which may be amended at the company's discretion in accordance with the provisions of this document. These Terms also include the Privacy Policy.

Acceptance. Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service. Accessing or using the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Age Restrictions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Privacy. Feedback. You are not required to provide the company with any feedback, ideas, or suggestions related to the Service or the App's business activities. However, if you do share feedback, ideas, or suggestions with us, they become our property. You transfer all your rights, titles, and interests in such feedback, ideas, and suggestions to us. You agree that, unless prohibited by applicable law, the company has the right to use and implement them without restrictions or obligations of any kind.

General Prohibitions. Users guarantee they will not use the Service for:

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate actions.
  • Any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Violating patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Spamming or distributing malicious software.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service.
  • Hacking or compromising network security.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms of Use. The company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Please check for updates periodically. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to comply with them.
